- Clean Skin: A fresh shower is required before we arrive. Arrive with dry skin, free from body oils, lotions, or colognes.
- Comfort: Consider wearing loose-fitting cotton clothing to your appointment to minimize skin friction immediately after treatment.
- Preparation: Limit caffeine or alcohol intake 4 hours prior, as these can increase skin sensitivity.

- Skip the Gym: Avoid heavy exercise, saunas, and swimming pools.
- Cool Water Only: Take lukewarm showers and skip harsh soaps or scents.

Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice for any changes. Cancellations within this window will result in a fee equivalent to your deposit.

How bad does it hurt?

Is it really private?

What do I have to take off?
Your comfort is most important. If you're happy to take it all off, you are welcome to do so. We require only what's necessary for the area being treated. For back or chest, you keep your undies on. For intimate areas, we provide disposable undies for you to use if you prefer. Just a heads-up: wax can sometimes find its way onto fabric, so wearing less or choosing 'easy-to-wash' clothing is usually a good idea!"
How clean is the setup?
Hygiene is non-negotiable. We use single-use applicators (no double-dipping), medical-grade sanitizers for our table, and fresh, sterile linens for every single client. Your space stays clean.

What if I want to stop?
